Do I need to know how to code?
No. You write in plain language, as you would to a colleague. If you can write an e-mail, you can do this.
Do I pay per user?
No. An app is free for up to 100 colleagues and 500 records. When you need more, you buy an extension once; with any extension an app can have up to 1,000 colleagues. No monthly payments and no per-user fee.
Which AI assistant do I need?
Any assistant that supports MCP connectors, such as Claude or ChatGPT. Some assistants allow connectors only on a paid plan. Step-by-step guides for each assistant are in the Guides.
Do my colleagues have to use AI?
No. Only the person who builds the app needs the assistant. Colleagues get a link, sign in and use an ordinary app.
Can it convert our Excel file?
Yes. Attach the file in the chat and your assistant turns its sheets into tables, data included. The free limits fit 500 records per app.
How long until we can use the app?
The first version is usually ready in a few minutes. Then you fine-tune it with more sentences as you go.
What if I don't know exactly what I want?
Start simple and add as you go. A change is one more sentence, and the data already in the app stays.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The app runs in the browser and can be added to the phone's home screen. Colleagues can take a photo of a fault or scan a barcode.
Who will see our data?
Only people you invite. With the Roles extension you decide who sees which page. The data lives on servers in the EU.
Can I take my data elsewhere?
Yes, any time. Download records as CSV, the structure as JSON and files in their original format. The Terms of Service guarantee the export and a transition period.
Who helps me if I get stuck?
Your assistant explains most things itself. There are also Guides and e-mail support, and we reply within 2 business days.
How is Vibee different from other app builders?
You pay no monthly or per-user fee, and there is no new tool to learn. You build the app in the assistant you already use.
Can Vibee build a multilingual website?
Yes. The website and the app can have several languages, each at its own address (such as /en/book) with a language switch. Your assistant translates the texts, the page addresses and the price list items, and search engines find each language version.
Do you sell domains?
No. You buy the domain from any registrar. We connect the app to it and issue its HTTPS certificate, which is a one-time extension. Without a domain of your own, the app runs on a vibee.one address.
