The assistant does not use Vibee and only replies with text
Check that the connector is on in this chat: in Claude through + → Connectors, in ChatGPT through + or by typing @Vibee. Starting the message with “Use Vibee to…” helps too.
I can’t see Developer mode or the Create button in ChatGPT
In a business workspace, an admin must enable developer mode first. The ChatGPT guide shows where they find it.

The free Claude plan allows one custom connector. Remove another custom connector in Customize → Connectors, or move to a paid plan.
My sign-in code did not arrive
Check your spam folder and that the e-mail address is spelled correctly. Then request a new code.
Usage and access
Do my colleagues have to use AI?
No. Only the person who builds the app needs the assistant. Colleagues get a link, sign in and use an ordinary app.
Do I pay per user?
No. An app is free for up to 100 colleagues and 500 records. When you need more, you buy an extension once; with any extension an app can have up to 1,000 colleagues. No monthly payments and no per-user fee.
Who will see our data?
It depends on your app settings. Enable sign-in and decide which data is for colleagues and which should be public. The Roles extension lets you set different permissions. The data lives on servers in the EU.
