Sign in to your team’s app
Use the link from the app owner to set your password and sign in.
What you need
The owner must add you to the individual app and give you a password setup link. You do not need an AI assistant for everyday work. Signing in to the app with a password is separate from the owner’s e-mail code sign-in to Vibee.
First sign-in
Open the owner’s link
Use the password setup link, not just the ordinary app address. It works once and expires after 7 days. Do not forward it to anyone else.
Choose your own password
Use the e-mail the owner added and choose a password with at least 8 characters. Do not send your password to the owner or an assistant.
Open the app
After setting your password, sign in with your e-mail and password. Save the app address; you do not need the original setup link for future sign-ins.
If sign-in does not work
The link expired or no longer works
Ask the owner for a new link. If you have not yet set a password, they can issue another. If it is already set, they need to reset it first.
I forgot my password
Contact the app owner. They can reset your password and give you a new link; the old password then stops working.
I cannot see the same data as a colleague
You may have a different role or different assigned records. Tell the owner what you need for your work. Do not use another person’s sign-in.
After signing in
On a shared computer, use the app’s sign-out button after work. Opening the app at another address or through an installed icon may require signing in again.
