For owners and users

Calendar and online bookings

Understand customer bookings and the internal diary. Create, move or cancel a booking.

Two different parts of the app

Customers book on a public page with available slots. The team works in an internal diary behind sign-in when the owner has configured it that way. Booking buttons and options depend on the individual app.

A customer booking

  1. Choose a service and time

Open the public link, choose a service and a staff member if offered. Select an available time from the form.

  2. Enter your contact details

Check your e-mail and phone and confirm the booking. If someone took the slot meanwhile, choose another and try again.

  3. Keep the confirmation

If the app sends a confirmation e-mail or a booking management link, keep it. Do not forward that link to other people.

Teamwork in the diary

  1. Check the view

Sign in, open the diary and choose the date and an available view. Check the staff member, service and customer before making a change.

  2. Create or move a booking

Use the configured form. Dragging in the calendar works only when that way of changing times is enabled in the app. After a change, check that it saved.

  3. Cancel or complete

Use the corresponding action in the booking details. Cancellation, completion and deletion are different; the owner defines their names and effects.

Configure rules for your services

Request for the owner
In my booking app, offer customers only available slots based on service duration and staff shifts. Prevent overlapping bookings for the same person. Configure confirmation and booking cancellation, and keep the internal diary behind sign-in.
