For app owners

App limits and extensions

Check record and file limits, add an extension or find an invoice.

What counts towards capacity

App management shows record, file, user and e-mail credit usage. There are limits for each app and for the whole account. A table used by two apps counts towards both; another app alone does not free up data capacity.

Extensions are purchased once for a specific app. An extra app slot expands the whole account. Current prices and availability are shown before you buy.

Add capacity or a feature

  1. Open Extensions

For the correct app, choose record or file capacity, e-mail credits or a feature such as Roles or Own domain. Check which app the purchase is for.

  2. Review the order

Read the name, price and terms in the confirmation. Vibee takes you to a payment page to complete the payment.

  3. Check activation

After returning to management, check the new capacity or purchased status. Payment confirmation can arrive a little later; if you have paid, do not buy the same item again because of a delay.

E-mail credits and invoices

E-mail credits are used per recipient, including blind copies. A message to two people uses two credits. Credits do not reset monthly and do not expire.

Purchase history is shown with the app’s extensions. Open the invoice link when one is available for the payment. Extra app slot purchases are listed for the account.

What happens at a limit

Reaching a limit does not delete data and reading keeps working. New records or files may be refused. Colleagues should contact the owner, who can check the cause and increase capacity if needed.
