Open and manage your apps

Before you start

This guide is for the owner of a Vibee account. Sign in with the e-mail you use to connect your assistant. Colleagues work at the address of the individual app.

Open and rename an app

1. Choose the app

   Each app has a card in the dashboard. Click its address to open it. You can copy this address to colleagues; sign-in is configured separately.

2. Change its name

   Click the app name, type a new one and press Enter or click outside the name. Escape cancels your edit. Renaming does not change the app address.

3. Check usage

   The card shows record and file usage. The version number and last update time help identify the change your assistant just finished.

Find the other settings

The lock controls sign-in. Enabling it makes user management available. Extensions show available features and capacity; custom domain settings appear after buying the corresponding extension. Export downloads the app with its data.

Apps with public pages have a visit statistics view. Reading the statistics requires the Visit statistics extension.

Before deleting an app

Download an export first and read the confirmation. The deleted app stops working and its extensions do not transfer to another app. The data tables in your account remain. If you want to delete them too, you need to do that separately.
