Add colleagues to your app

Before you start

You need to own the app and know your colleague’s e-mail. They do not need an AI assistant or an account for building apps. Each person has their own access.

Add a colleague step by step

1. Enable sign-in

   Click the lock on the app card and confirm enabling sign-in. Public pages can remain available without it when the app is configured that way.

2. Open Users

   Enter your colleague’s e-mail and confirm adding them. Choose a role if you have the Roles extension and have already set what each role can do.

3. Give them the link

   Copy the password setup link shown and send it directly to that colleague. Vibee does not send the invitation automatically. The link works once and expires after 7 days.

4. Check sign-in

   Your colleague opens the link, chooses their own password and signs in. The user list then shows that their password is set.

New links and forgotten passwords

Until a colleague has set a password, use the link button to create a new setup link. The previous link stops working. If they have already set a password and forgotten it, choose Reset password and give them the new link. Resetting removes their old password and signs them out.

Remove access

Choose to remove the colleague from the user list and confirm. They lose signed-in access to the app. The public part remains available to the public.
